Amanda Cunningham: Host of the Bare Minimum Babe Podcast

Amanda Cunningham: Host of the Bare Minimum Babe Podcast

Allison Frye and Amanda Cunningham got together and had an awesome chat about marketing, mental health, and podcasting. They even dove into Amanda's gig as a marketing operations manager and Allison's life coaching business. 🎙️💼💻
During this episode, Amanda spilled the beans on the struggle of juggling multiple tasks and how to market a podcast. She also opened up about her own journey with Bipolar Two and how she's learning to show up for herself despite feeling overwhelmed. Allison joined in with an understanding of taking on too many things and feeling overwhelmed. Both Allison and Amanda work in marketing and discussed how difficult it is to “market yourself” after a long day of putting everything you have into helping their marketing clients. The true hurdles of self-promotion when you've got a million things on your plate.☕️🤔
They stressed the importance of calendar control when you're juggling a gazillion tasks, and also went deep, discussing mental health, growing up so poor that Amanda still feels the need to leave the oven open to get the “free heat,” and Allison discussed how never knowing if she would have a meal growing up led to an unhealthy relationship with food. They shared their raw experiences of managing their mental health while hustling to build their own businesses. 🌟🚀
Allison posed the question “With so much on your plate, what is the one thing you do that makes you the happiest - and no - you can't say your daughter." This is when they discussed Amanda's killer workout routine and how it does wonders for her mental health.  😂💪🗓️
Tune in for more, and don't forget to take some time for yourself and decompress. Remember, laughter and self-care are the secret ingredients to a kick-ass life! 🎧💖✨
Amanda Cunningham is a Marketing Strategist who has more than 8 years of experience helping over 200 businesses. She is the founder of Bare Minimum Babe, where she specifically helps women business owners create marketing and business strategies they can actually do and feel excited about. Amanda also hosts a weekly podcast by the same name, Bare Minimum Babe, with a new episode coming out every Tuesday. She is passionate about authenticity, building a strong community of women, and reinforcing that the "hustle culture" is not for everyone and there is a more holistic way to be "successful" in business. When she's not recording a new podcast episode or helping a client, she's lifting in the gym with her husband, hanging out with her daughter, or taking a walk around her Northern Virginia neighborhood listening to an audiobook.Social Media:https://www.instagram.com/bareminimumbabe/https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/bare-minimum-babe/id1646039285https://www.linkedin.com/company/bare-minimum-babe/
