My father actually used to be a letter carrier, so I have a personal connection to the postal service.

Initially, we had planned to use USPS to ship out the sauce samples to all of you. However, we ran into some technical difficulties on their website and couldn't get it to work. So, we made the decision to switch to UPS instead. It was a bit more expensive, but it seemed like a viable option at the time.

But then, things got a little complicated. One day, I managed to score a discount with UPS customer service. They gave me this promo code that was supposed to save us some money. I was thrilled about the savings, so I started using the promo code for our shipments. However, I quickly realized that the discount would sometimes disappear during the checkout process. It was a frustrating experience. I had to go back and re-enter the promo code multiple times before it finally applied correctly.
