I listen everyday for courtroom news and legal opinions. There is nothing in your podcast that fits the description “Around The Horn”.
Shambolic. The new word of the day? Not sure it really fits the Trump trial situation. An actual sham, yes. A farce, yes. An attack on the Constitution and the American justice system, definitely yes. But shambolic, not so much.

Now I have a question, regarding the lawfare that has become a feature of our justice and political systems…
When Donald Trump is convicted of just one felony, how will that affect the General Election ballots?
Will Trump remain on any of them?
Senator Ted Cruz has said that all 50 States will likely remove Donald Trump’s name from the ballot in response to his becoming a felon.
Then Trump only recourse will be to mount an epic right-in campaign.
