Welcome back to A Dose of Rae-ality, in this episode I do a deep-dive into depression. I wanted to have a genuine conversation on what my depression looks like, and how I am working to change the way that I feel. We tend to stray away from these conversations because it makes us uncomfortable and it highlights our insecurities and imperfections, however, these conversations are important and necessary to snap us back into reality and remind us that not only are we are not alone in these feelings ... and thats on depression.
