Andy Taylor: Good People Will Do The Right Thing For Their Family Sell Them With Kindness

    • Entrepreneurship

Today we get a chance to spend time with Andy Taylor, Founder and Owner of Mosaic Real Estate!
Andy's background is fascinating and his humor and candor is refreshing. In this episode you'll get a chance to hear us discussing fears that leaders have, pivoting your business when it just doesn't feel right, how pushing for "no" didn't fit with his business model and the importance of having direct and honest conversations with your team even when it scares you.
Here is more about Andy:
Andy began his career in Real Estate in 2012. He quickly grew his sales organization to be the number one team in the county by his 4th year in Real Estate. His team was ranked in the top 250 agents in America for 5 years in a row. In 2020, Andy opened his own boutique brokerage in his community with 18 agents. Currently, they are the fastest growing brokerage in their county with over 70 agents in the first 12 months of opening. In 2018, Andy launched a coaching and consulting program in which he coaches a full roster of business owners. Andy’s specialty is coaching small business owners in the areas of lead generation, budgeting, organizational models, hiring and training programs. When not working or managing his commercial Real Estate portfolio, Andy and his wife Ruthy enjoy spending time with their two young daughters, Pippa and Parker, and taking advantage of all that the PNW has to offer.
