Awesome Podcast

The first two episodes are just exceptional. I really believe that most leaders have varying degrees of Anxiety at work and so many of us think we can just power through it and cannot afford to really address it or be vulnerable enough to actually talk about it. These discussions are light hearted but deeply meaningful and very practical. I love these.

Raw and real

Anxiety is often held close to the vest. For those of us that know that all-too familiar experience, it’s helpful to hear how others cope, and conquer, their battles of overwhelm and fear.

The Power to Save

If you have ever felt overwhelmed and stressed at work you have to listen to Chris Rainey's powerful story of how he shared his struggles and discovered that he was not alone. We are not alone. We have the power to uplift and strengthen those around us. Looking forward to the forthcoming book from Adrian and Chester.
