    Bo Goebel joined the show to discuss his story about getting into real estate investing in general, and his decision to focus on multifamily.  It was a great conversation covering his background, pivoting in the last year, the importance of communication with all parties, and much more. A bit about Bo: Bo is the Managing Member of Riverside Investment Group- a values-based real estate investment firm. He is passionate about providing immense value to residents, investors, and the communities they serve.  Bo is enthusiastically pursuing the goal of 1,000 units under management in the next 5 years. Bo is currently a Captain in the US Army, where he serves as an Infantry Officer. He is currently serving as the Commander of an Infantry Company of 260 Soldiers at Ft. Benning, GA. His other military positions and accolades include graduation from Ranger School, a deployment to Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, and the leader of the “Presidential Escort Platoon” as a member of the prestigious “Old Guard” in Washington D.C. His other real estate experience includes short-term rental properties, house-hacking, and BRRRR method. He currently has $8.5 million assets under management across 141 units. . He is a Capital Manager for Bakerson and does marketing, brand awareness and capital raising for the company who has syndicated and gone full cycle on 850 units in AZ. He started by raising 650K of joint venture money from social media to buy small multifamily deals in Phoenix during the real estate crash. Since starting the show he has raised an addition 575K through Co-GP’s and is learning methods to build an LP database of investors. He has bachelors degrees from Arizona State University in Chemistry and Spanish.
