Mike Rouse (Sony, Ubisoft, Microsoft & Anstream) - Interview

Mike Rouse (Sony, Ubisoft, Microsoft & Anstream) - Interview

We love all our interviewees, this is fact. But every now and then we’ll have someone on who really blows us away. Mike Rouse’s work is phenomenal.

One of Sony’s brightest talents he went on to help The Getaway (PS2) win a BAFTA in one of his first jobs. Stellar work at Ubisoft and Microsoft followed so he’s quite a story to tell.

Mike is now working at Antstream and helping keep retro gaming alive!

Mike shares some amazing stories in this lovely podcast chat.

Excellent show!

Just wondering if they can do an episode in American accents so I can understand it all

Awesome podcast

Love this podcast because you get to feel like they put down the ladder for you and let you into their clubhouse. They clearly love games and I enjoy their banter. I think their interviews are great, minus just one. This guy with my same name keeps coming up on their podcast and man did he just go on and on in his interview. Hey guy with my same name people have a life to live. If I ever figure out how to get in contact with this guy I'm going to tell him off and say stop making it so they say our same name on the podcast from time to time. Beyond that it's a must listen for me and I suggest if you love gaming you give it a try.

One of two podcasts that keep my attention

As a fan of retro gaming, ive tried a few podcasts that focus on the topic as a means to quench my thirst for gaming discussions. Non had stuck UNTIL listening to arcade attack. The topics selected, structure of episodes, and the general vibe of people having a good time talking about things they enjoy while informing you about it was a combo that has kept me entertained for over a year.

Strongly recommend a listen if you are into retro gaming or gaming in general. My personal favorite of the year is the streets of rage/bare knuckles series
