Today, I’m joined by an incredible guest, Justin Frandson, Athleticism Performance Coach, founder of EMF Rocks, and author, who's here to shed light on the fascinating link between your environment and your ability to feel and perform your best.



In working with his athletes, Justin noticed that many were experiencing problems with performance, and he began to connect the dots to the effects of technology.



For example, he noticed that when one of his athletes stopped wearing his smartwatch, his performance dramatically improved. 



In his research, Justin found that the EMFs we’re exposed to from 5G, technology wearables, Wifi, and other various forms of electricity, are harming the human body in many ways.
