Wim Hof, a.k.a. The Iceman, is a Dutch extreme athlete who developed The Wim Hof Method, a process for stress relief through meditation, breathing, and cold water dives. The guys talk about Brandon’s first few days with the Method and it’s supposed benefits.

The guy’s switch it up this week with a brand new format. They’ve added additional segments that are at least fun to make if nothing else.
