    For Episode 3, “Yoga and the Body”, Bishop Marc talks with yoga teacher and author Darren Main. Each Tuesday, hundreds of people flock to Grace Cathedral for Darren’s “Yoga on the Labyrinth” class. It is one of the largest weekly yoga classes in the world and has been featured in a number of local and national news articles. Darren Main’s books are required reading in many yoga teacher training programs nationwide. They include Yoga and the Path of the Urban Mystic and Inner Tranquility: A Guide to Seated Meditation.

    For Episode 2, “The Body of Spiritual Community”, Bishop Marc talks with Old Mission Dolores Curator and Ohlone Tribe Board of Directors President Andrew Galvan. Established in 1776 by the Franciscan order of the Catholic Church, Mission Dolores is the oldest surviving building in San Francisco. Its cemetery is the final resting place for numerous Ohlone, Miwok, and other First Californians.

    For Episode 1, Bishop Marc talks with ODC/Dance Co-Founder and Choreographer K.T. Nelson. In September 2018, ODC performed a portion of Nelson’s highly-acclaimed piece about climate change, Dead Reckoning, at Grace Cathedral. The performance was a highlight of the Multifaith Service of Wondering and Commitment, held at the cathedral to mark the start of the Global Action Climate Summit in San Francisco.
