Your true voice, your inner voice, is longing to be known, longing to be trusted, and longing to be heard in the world. Whether it is through voice itself or any of the other means we have to express what is within us, we begin to live our vision and purpose when we reconnect with the power of Voice, the true source of power within human beings.

Eros - is the desire to unfold and the subsequent joy we experience when we do so.

Opening to understand Eros and Sexuality as much greater than how we currently tend to see them. Through my experience dancing, I suddenly saw sexuality as something so alive, so large and full, so physical and spiritual, so much greater than simply sex. Oh, and I share a great poem by Hafiz.

When we awaken Eros, we awaken the impulse within us to live fully, to feel our aliveness, to create and to offer our creations to the world. And often what we are awakening out of, is a pattern of following a different force - that of Thanatos - the impulse toward death that comes out in ways that cut off our aliveness, choke our creativity, and even keep us disconnected from being immersed in the fullness of our own lives.
