Hey everyone! Today we are joined by the incredible Kramer and Gabe, two artists, creatives, and just overall amazing people. Hey everyone! Today is our very first cross-podcast collab with "The Mush Room!" Agatha is an incredible gal with an incredible podcast, all about her journey with her mental health and life experiences. She is also one of our good friends from undergrad, so you bet that we jumped on the opportunity to do this episode. Today, we get a little more personal with all of you, talking about our own mental health journeys and some of the things we struggle with. No one is perfect, and we hope that this episode encourages you to place a little bit of focus on your own mental well-being, so you can be the best version of you possible!

Have you ever casually been going through your day, only to fall into a rabbit hole and peer out hours later? Well we have!
