I talk about how many of us grew up with emotionally dismissive parents and how it can lead to your people pleasing and high standards, but before I hit you with the hard stuff, I absolutely trauma dump my inner battle with jealousy and envy. Isn't it funny that sometimes you can do all the right things and still end up wrong.
