    102. Pursuers and Withdrawers

Coined by Dr. Sue Johnson, founder of EFT, pursuers and withdrawers are often the roles people play in their close relationships, especially romantic relationships. Some relationships may have two pursuers. Some two withdrawers. But many times one is the pursuer and one the withdrawer, and it causes a lot of tension and conflict.

So let's talk look at each, provide a description of their behaviors, deeper needs and feelings, strengths and weaknesses and then talk about how to start moving forward.

Balm for Your Soul

Kerrah’s personal wisdom, vulnerability and professional insight (plus her incredibly calming voice) is a weekly balm to my soul. She speaks through topics that we all need to hear.

As a mama of littles, I also appreciate that the episodes are shorter, so you can fit them in throughout your day rather than having to commit a longer period of time.

Great content!

I love listening to Kerrah Fabacher's podcast. She has such a calming voice and great insights about how we can grow emotionally. I listened to episode 39 on my walk today and was glad for the reminder about how I can build emotional awareness in my life. Thanks!

You are not your relationship!
