    Farewell For Now

    Farewell For Now

"There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens... He has made everything beautiful in its time" (Ecclesiastes 3: 1, 11).

In today's podcast, we explain why we'll be saying farewell to Beautiful Depths (for now).

Dear friends, it has been an honor to share with you, journey with you, and serve you. This ministry and your presence have been such gifts! In this season, however, God is calling us to let go of something beautiful in order to follow Him wherever He leads. It's time for us to practice what we've always taught here at Beautiful Depths: Holiness consists in abandoning ourselves completely to God, trusting that His will is our greatest good, even if it goes against what we may want. So while it is certainly difficult to say farewell (for now), we trust in the loving guidance of the Lord. We love you, are praying for you, and hope you will keep in touch!

From the depths of our souls,

    Josie, Kaylee & Samantha

    You are the beloved

    You are the beloved

You are the beloved. As Catholic Christians, we probably say this often... But do we actually believe it? Do we let this penetrate our hearts? Why are we so quick to put this truth aside? Know this, friend: The foundational truth about each of our lives is that we were made by Love for Love. Join us this week as we talk about receiving the truth that each and every single one of us is God's beloved.

    Joy in the Ordinary

    Joy in the Ordinary

We so often get caught up in hoping and waiting for the extraordinary, we forget that God is still giving us graces in what we consider the mundane. Let's face it: most of our lives will be made up of ordinary days. And that's ok! In fact, we were made for the ordinary. Let's stop running away from it and embrace it because God is always calling us and providing us with the graces to be saints - we just need to allow Him in. Join us as we talk all about centering our hearts on Christ in the very ordinary, mundane moments of life - from cheering on your baby when he finally burps to doing the laundry.
