On this episode we sit down with Andrea Soos and talk all things mindful movement. Andrea is the owner of Andrea Soos Yoga Studio in Dundas. She has been practicing as a Yoga Instructor since 1998 and is constantly developing her practice. 

During this conversation we discuss her development as a yoga practitioner, being a business owner during the pandemic, and why yoga is a great way to help manage stress and anxiety. Since we are in the health field as well, this conversation was a pleasure for us to have. We hope you enjoy.
