Divine Customization
“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), [a]recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].” Ephesians 2:10. The same way a Tailor or Seamstress makes a custom made outfit to fit their Client, that’s the way we’ve been created to suit Gods purpose and plans on the earth. Critique Men of God? Should We?
In this episode, we will NOT be talking about a person specifically, (no names mentioned) but instead focusing on the believer’s response to a trend. This is a fast-growing and wide-spreading common practice. Sometimes these things happen around us suddenly and we’re swept into conversations or come past commentary. 2 Corinthians 5: 10 says, "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad." For the record, we stand with the men of God.

The topics covered and wisdom shared on this podcast are very much appreciated. I love the friendly relationship and goofy vibes between the two hosts. The atmosphere is warm, calm and inspiring. This feels less like a rigid, formal podcast and more like a chill conversation between two friends. And ditto on the background music! I just got done listening to “Is it a career or a job?” and the timing of this episode couldn’t have been better.
It was good to learn the importance of having staying power to receive the training God wants us to undergo at the job we may not necessarily enjoy. I now understand that the training is to refine us and build our endurance muscles as God teaches us new things about His character and principles.
