Welcome to the very first episode of More Better Days. This is a podcast about learning how to thrive alongside chronic illness. To kick off the whole podcast, I’m going to use this first episode to tell you about me, my mission, and how mindbody resilience work can impact your life. 
While each of our bodies and experiences are different, I’ve found some universal wisdoms about healing that everyone can benefit from.
Well-being isn’t a destination. It’s a full journey of a lifetime.Your mind can serve as your greatest ally or your biggest roadblock in your healing journey.Chronic disease and healing don’t exist in a bubble. Every element of life influences our experience.Have the courage to own your shit and take responsibility.
True healing happens when we acknowledge the complexity of the mind-body system and how it’s tied to the complexity of being human. Once you start seeing the results of mind-body coaching in relation to chronic illness, you’ll have more time, energy, and motivation to build the life you’ve been dreaming of.
