The legal wrangling between Bryan Kohberger's legal team and the state of Idaho continues heat up inside of Judge John Judge's courtroom as both sides continue to trade barbs over what has or hasn't been turned over during discovery.    Now a hearing that was scheduled to take place this week has been pushed back to give both sides more time to prepare their arguments.   

In this episode, we take a look at the latest hurdle on the track towards a trial and where things currently stand in the State of Idaho vs. Bryan Kohberger.  


The hearings are now scheduled for May 23rd and May 30th.

This may involve evaluating how cases are handled, decisions are made, and resources are allocated.Provide Recommendations: Based on its findings, the OIG provides recommendations to USAOs and the DOJ leadership on ways to improve operations, enhance compliance with laws and regulations, and prevent misconduct or inefficiencies.Monitor Compliance: The OIG monitors USAOs' implementation of its recommendations and tracks their progress in addressing identified issues. The earth is not going to be around forever. Whether humankind finds a way to destroy it or if it is a natural occurrence, the world will eventually come to an end one day. Before it does, it would seem to be a prudent idea to begin to explore the stars in hopes of one day spreading humanity amongst the stars.

Kaitlin Armstrong, the yoga instructor turned alleged killer pled not guilty in court to the crimes she was alleged to have committed. Her lawyer has attempted to throw some murk in the water, claiming that it's possible someone else is responsible for the murder, but the prosecutors and the state are not buying it. A Judge has set her bail at over 3 million.
