Love the show
Long time listener-from the start. We were so young then. Remember the academic exercise: predict the future circa 1968 were RFK not assassinated and elected to the presidency. Now do the same with your lives: what would your future lives have been on the eve of an HRC victory. Anyhoo… not why I’m writing. Please refrain from using photographs of tfg, the future felon of America. It is painful to even look at his image. Thanks.💙🩵💙
Getting stale
Used to really enjoy Pod Save America, but it’s really become phoned in these days. Every episode is just “Trump polls Trump polls polls polls Trump Trump.” It’s purely reactive and I can’t recall the last time I actually learned something meaningful from these guys. The jokes are getting old and derivative, and the constant “did you see what Trump said today?” exasperation is boring. They increased to 3x a week but seem to have less to say than ever before.
They’re ok
Definitely don’t agree with everything these guys say, but you know what you get when you’re listening to this podcast. I listen to these guys just to make sure I get news from a variety of sources (left, center, right). One thing I don’t like is how I haven’t really heard these guys say that they far left is wrong, ever. The podcast I listen to on the right will own up to the bad things that happen and I wish these guys would, no one side is in the right as much as these guys think they/their side are.
