This is the first solo episode I've done in a while. In this episode, I discuss what redlining and racially restrictive covenants are, and why they should motivate us to invest. The fact is these two things made it difficult for African Americans to pursue home ownership years ago. The good thing is that we have so many ways to get into real estate now regardless of our race. 



Learning about these things is one of the main reasons I decided to start this podcast.Not to complain about the past, but to show what's possible and work towards the future.
