In this episode we are joined by Yeshua Carter (a second generation mixed heritage Black British) who shares his experiences of diversity in the field of Finance. Yeshua shares his #EY apprenticeship journey and how he was able to infuse creativity and intellect in order to co-found much needed initiatives such as #EYOutreach #CommonwealthsTheGameChanger, and #TheOriginalMandateOfMan. He is also the project ambassador/manager of @dearyoungers @fcnationuk foundations founded by Nathan Dennis to be role models for youth in Birmingham. -
