They discuss breast implant illness, something which is not in mainstream media or medically accepted even tho there are thousands of women who have had breast implants which have gave them a number of different health problems.  The pair discuss self esteem, body image and the pressure that women have from society. 
Remember that this episode is anecdotal, this is one persons account of the health problems they faced after getting implants.
