Common Ground: Combatting Heightening Threats Against the U.S.
Intelligence officials presented before members of both the House and Senate this week during annual threat assessment hearings -- their words holding significant weight in light of many lawmakers and intelligence agencies raising the alarm about growing national security threats.
Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Intelligence Committee, Congressman Mike Turner (R-OH) and Congressman Jim Himes (D-CT) join Bret to discuss whether the intel they've received should have Americans concerned, how the border crisis has contributed to the threat facing the U.S., and why bipartisan efforts must be made to secure the country.

All-Star Panel: Special Counsel Grilled & Concerns Raised By Congressman Buck's Exit
It's been an eventful week in Washington, as former Special Counsel Robert Hur, who concluded that President Biden should not be charged with a crime following his mishandling of classified documents, testified before the House Judiciary Committee. On top of that, Colorado Republican Congressman Ken Buck, who had initially stated he wouldn't be running for re-election, announced he would resign from Congress at the end of next week -- shrinking the Republican's majority even further.
To discuss all this and more, Bret is joined by Democratic Pollster & CEO of Schoen Cooperman Research Carly Cooperman, Wall Street Journal Editorial Board member Bill McGurn, and FOX News Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram.

All-Star Panel: Analyzing The Impacts of Super Tuesday & State of the Union
Two of the most iconic political events fall during the same week this year -- and we're currently in the middle of it. Super Tuesday left few Americans surprised, as President Biden and former President Trump both won over the vast majority of voters who cast their ballots Tuesday night. Now, following former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley dropping out of the race Wednesday morning, it's confirmed we'll see another Biden vs. Trump rematch this year.
As we look ahead to the State of the Union Thursday, how will the President's annual address impact the 2024 election cycle following Super Tuesday -- and what will the reaction be to Senator Katie Britt's (R-AL) Republican response? To discuss this and more, Bret is joined by former White House speechwriter Marc Thiessen, FOX News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy, and Democratic Strategist Leslie Marshall.

Common Ground: Working Across the Aisle On the Border & AI
Two stories making major headlines every day are the crisis at the southern border and the potential crisis Americans could be facing if AI is not properly regulated. However, though they are discussed often, when will we see lawmakers reach a consensus on how to address the issues?
Republican Congressman Jay Obernolte and Democratic Congressman Ted Lieu, both from California, join Bret to discuss their thoughts on the House's attempts to reach common ground when it comes to border legislation, and why they're confident that, despite possessing different views, Republicans and Democrats will be able to efficiently control artificial intelligence before it gets out of hand.

Great debate
I find Bret to be one is the best interviewers. It’s nice to hear both sides and for Bret to be able to moderate these conversations so gracefully.
Just here for Common Ground
I’m mostly just listening for common ground. I just love to stop hearing blame be put on this person or this group, and I also like the flow of the conversation.
