One of my favorite men
My favorite quote from Simon Sinek about leadership sent me on a podcast search and I am beyond thrilled that this podcast exists. Each episode I listen to fills my soul and my favorite thus far has been the show about gratitude. I am now on a mission! I start everyday with a very specific thing that I am grateful for and write it down on my calendar. My mom and I sat down and wrote out our Grateful By The Decade moments and shared them. Very powerful.
My favorite quote, “Leadership is not about being in charge. Leadership is taking care of those in your charge.” Such powerful words and exactly how I lead my family of healthcare staff. Thank you Simon for being an awesome human and thank you for sharing “a bit of optimism.”
