Meet Darren Moser, Production Manager for The Bruery. Darren is in charge of our brewing and cellar teams, making sure his team has the resources and support to make awesome beer! Darren sits down with Patrick and discusses how The Bruery varies from the other breweries he's worked, the weirdest ingredient he's ever used in beer (surprisingly not during his time at The Bruery), among other topics.

Jeremy (Sour Jesus) and Keith join Patrick in discussing one of our favorite new beers, Train to Beersel. Inspired by a trip to Drie Fonteinen, Patrick's favorite lambic producer, Train to Beersel is a funky, higher gravity sour blonde with gueuze-like aromatics and flavor.
