The one and only Gilmore Girls AND Buffy the Vampire Slayer podcast brought to you by comedians/real life couple Bryan Morris & Stacey Kulow. Bryan grew up obsessed with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Stacey is a huge Gilmore Girls fan, but neither of them have ever seen the other's favorite show. Together they watch their way through both excellent 7-season series, discussing an episode from each show every week, in an attempt to figure out which show is better. Bryan & Stacey are New York-based writer/performers, both born and raised in the Midwest. They met doing improv in Madison, Wisconsin and have been together for over a decade.

This week Veronica and her dad go head to head to determine if Adam Scott is a good guy or a bad. Veronica helps Logan with track down his mom with the help of a freshman boy and the alert lady. Veronica also goes to her ex boyfriend for primary care physician advice, as one does. Stacey's got her hand in Bryan's pocket again. And as soon as we figure out the logistics, you can all be expecting a lil paw in mail.

One's a familiar face from Jayne's past, back for revenge. The other's a familiar face from our Gilmore Slayer past, back as a sh*tty plumber, and they both have one eye. Coincidence, Amy!?! It's hard to imagine which smells worse, Fanny's mildewy dressing room, or Jayne's muddy planet. Also which is more disgusting, mudder's milk or that fried food buffet the bunheads consumed. Neither Michelle nor the Magistrate's son feel like grownups, and later both Sasha and the Magistrate's son act out in a big way to get adults to notice them. And Bryan puts his spin on a Olsen Twins classic.

One's a trained companion gone rouge, and one's a dress shop owner who hosts a book club at her out-of-town friend's house, but both of these ladies are trying to be someone else today. Both must find a way to sneak into/out of vehicle, but opt not to do it by seducing women. Both episodes feature unusual outfits, one made of teddy bears and one made for a gun. Some of our favorite characters face serious challenges this week, but other very significant characters only pop in for a quick sec. And this episode is sponsored by the Dune cup! (It's not really.)

Love Gilmore, loved learning about Buffy, love this show!
Feeling sad…FOR NOW
I discovered this pod when they were nearly done reviewing both shows, so I had the joy of getting to listen to multiple episodes every week to catch up to live. I’m already feeling sad not having Bryan and Stacey in my ears every day, and I can’t wait for more comic content!
5 Stars for my #1 Pod!
This is my absolute favorite podcast! Once I finally got caught up, and now that Bryan and Stacey are reading/watching the Buffy comics and A Year in the Life, I was curious to hear their initial options about everything again, and I enjoyed the pod just as much the second time around! Bryan and Stacey are so funny, and it is truly a joy to listen to two intelligent and funny people discuss two of my favorite shows. I’m a Buffy fan through and through, a Buffy buff, if you will, so much so that it’s one of the first things I tell people when I’m getting to know them. Meeting Sarah Michelle Gellar is my whole bucket list. But Gilmore Girls is also one of my top shows, and what a stroke of brilliance to pair them! I can’t wait to see what these two come up with next; I will certainly be consuming whatever kind of content they put out.
