Invesitagative journalism, minus the investigation
This podcast series poses important questions about homelessness, HUD, shelter beds and permanent housing. Then... the hosts either answer them with unsourced misinformation (i.e. PIT happens every other year, filling shelter bed is good for ESG performance reporting, eviction record disqualifies one from emergency shelter) or more often get outraged as if the answers are impossible.
But they aren't. In fact, if you got involved with the greater effort rather than trying to reinvent the wheel in the most inefficient way possible, you'd learn a lot more. Many of the answers are frustrating and backwards, there are real answers guys, and your ignorance is entirely your own. Don't lead other people to beleive that this has to be as impossible and negative as you're making it.
