The year 1996 was a challenging year for Burning Man: the theme was HeLLCo, the neon Smiley flickered in the effigy for a brief minute, Michael Furey was killed in motorcycle collision, and three people were seriously injured when a car ran over their tent. Also that year, our guest Danger Angel worked the Rangers night shift and after that she never again returned to Black Rock City. In this interview we find out why. From informative and creatively insightful, to downright entertaining, Burncast is a MUST for any burner or anyone remotely interested in attending Burning Man or regionals... Clean and professional, yet artistic and brilliantly funny... I seriously give it all the stars above the open playa on a moonless night!
Burncast is Da bomb!
When your jonesin' for the playa the other 51 weeks of the year, Burncast is the best way to get your fix. Every time I listen, it transports me back to that dusty, windy, blistering-hot gypsum lake bed that I love so much.
Even if you've never been to Burningman, it's a great way to find out about the event and all the wonderfully strange and glorious happenings that abound there.

Only a few podcasts allow me to relive a place in time. This has been the only podcast that has allowed me to relive something that I have never been a part of.
