I want to love this podcast…I have relevant career background, follow all things fashion/biz media and love the roster of guests but Lauren needs to let them talk! Her obsession with sharing her own rambling takes before letting the invited “expert” speak is exhausting and a total disconnect from the well-deserved praise she gets for her written coverage. Will still listen tho 🤷‍♀️ because no one else is doing this beat well

So much potential…though I’m not surprised that the rating is going down and reviews are not good. It’s everything everyone else is saying: from “ what did you have for breakfast” to constant interrupting to snarky full of herself remarks. Listen to yourself and try to complete a sentence. I’m sticking around but please take these reviews to heart.

I was excited for this podcast because I love Puck’s offerings but this was a disappointment. The topics and guests are interesting in theory but the host is a snooze… she interrupts her guests to tell her own self aggrandizing, name-dropping stories.

The word “etcetera” has a “T” Please don’t say “eksetera” Please pronounce the T😊😊 It’s like saying : aks , nukelar , expresso instead of: Ask , nuclear , espresso It sounds cringing since you use the word ( etcetera) quite often ….other than that great podcast !
