    In this episode, we are once again joined by Dr. Joe McGinley who is a physician and founder of the McGinley Clinic and also the CEO of McGinley Orthopedics. As you are reading this, Dr. McGinley's plans to climb the North Face have changed due to Chinese officials closing Tibet to foreigners. His plan is now to once again attempt to climb the South Face of Everest from Nepal. While he's had to change course some, he still gives some great insight on his current trip, his previous attempt to summit Everest, and his feat of conquering the other six highest peaks on the other six continents. He walks us through how he trains and some of the lessons mountaineering has taught him.
