When I purchased my first home my REALTOR did a great job of explaining the process and i wanted to do just that, help those that needed guidance when purchasing their first home. Many don't know that purchasing a home there is a lot that happens behind the scenes. The hours of work and preparation is what a REALTOR does to make sure their clients reach their home buying goals and the American Dream. Agents work from every where to provide value to their clients. We are often researching market data, better ways to find homes when inventory is low and preparing for opening houses. In this market almost every seller wants an open house. It helps get as many people into the home when inventory is low. I try to make the process seem less and easy for our clients. How about you?
