Buying a Dream Farm and Selling It To Bill Winke in 2007? Meet Steve Hanson‪!‬ The Land Podcast - The Pursuit of Land Ownership and Investing

    • Wilderness

Join this conversation with Steve Hanson as we discuss your journey to owning a hunting land. We discuss the land market since the 1980s farm crisis, common mistakes in the land buying process, and the importance of funding your land deal correctly. Steve encourages land owners to expand their search horizons. Once you have committed to buying a farm, be aggressive. If you see what you want, buy it. Do not wait for the perfect timing because that is just a fallacy. There are always good deals anywhere and every time. Being aggressive does not cost anything. Everybody can be aggressive.
