The Father You've Been Searching For | Special Father's Day Service

In this special Father’s Day message, Pastor Chad helped us explore the ache beneath our striving—the question we’re all asking in one form or another: Am I loved? Through the story of the prodigal son, we discover a God who is a father and runs toward us, whether we’ve rebelled and wandered or stayed and strived. Which son do you relate to more in this season— the one who ran or the one who stayed and strived? How does that show up in your life?If you’ve ever questioned your worth or felt distant from God, this is a space where you can find truth, grace, and the welcome of the Father’s arms. Come home—you are already seen, already loved. Discussion Questions: What’s one thing you remember doing as a kid to get your parents’ or someone’s attention?When you think about your relationship with God, do you find it easier to relate to Jesus, the Spirit, or the Father? Why do you think that is?Which son do you relate to more in this season— the one who ran or the one who stayed and strived? How does that show up in your life?How do you typically respond when you feel unloved, unseen, or unworthy? Filled For This | Send Me | Week 4

We close out our Send Me series on Pentecost Sunday by exploring The Call to Bold Empowerment. Pastor Chad teaches through God’s presence to the upper room in Acts 2, where the Spirit fills ordinary people with extraordinary power. We’re reminded that God doesn’t wait for us to be perfect—He sends the available, not just the impressive. This message challenges us to live Spirit-empowered lives that don’t just gather in worship but scatter on mission. It’s not about how many we seat, but how many we send. Discussion Questions: 1. What stood out to you most from this week’s message or the Acts 2 passage? 2. In Acts 2:1–4, the Spirit filled all who were gathered. Why do you think it’s important that no one was left out—and what does that say about how God empowers us today? 3. Pastor Chad said, “We don’t start bold; we start broken.” Can you share a time when God used you in a season where you didn’t feel ready or qualified? 4. What is one specific area of your life where God may already be sending you to be a witness? What would it look like to say “Here I am, send me” this week—even if you don’t feel ready? 5. Carried Into Mission | Send Me | Week 3

Jesus didn’t just rise—He ascended to empower His Church and send us on mission. In this message from Acts 1:1–11, we’re reminded that the Holy Spirit is our source of power, we are God’s plan A, and the mission continues through us. Discussion Questions: 1. When you think about your relationship with Jesus, what role or position do you imagine Jesus holding? Your savior? Your friend? Have you ever thought of him as the King of the Universe? 2. When you hear that “you are a witness,” what do you think you are expected to do? How does that make you feel? 3. Read Matthew 5:14-16. Are there ways, big or small, that your life “shines” like this? If not, what areas of your life, big or small, could you live like this? What might that look like? 4. Read Colossians 4:2-6. Are there people in your life that you can be praying for? Do you feel prepared to answer questions about your own life that they might ask?

From Awe to Action | Send Me | Week 2

The mission doesn’t start overseas — it starts with God’s presence. In this message, we’ll unpack how to live as someone empowered by the Spirit for everyday mission. From Isaiah’s awe-filled encounter with God to the disciples receiving the breath of the Holy Spirit, be challenged to move from abiding to action. Whether it’s through small steps at work, conversations with neighbors, or Spirit-led generosity, we’re invited to carry God’s presence everywhere we go. Discussion Questions: 1. What might “being sent” look like for you in your current season of life? 2. Why do you think it’s so important to be in God’s presence before being sent on mission? 3. Where or how do you personally abide with Jesus right now? What helps you stay connected? What gets in the way? 4. Who is in your “Jerusalem” — the people closest to you that God might be calling you to love and reach? 5. What does it look like to live in a way that “begs the question”? Can you share an example of someone who lives like this? 6. How can your small group help each other live supernaturally natural and naturally supernatural this week?

Here I Am | Send Me | Week 1

God doesn’t need your perfection—just your “yes.” This message from Isaiah 6 reminds us that mission begins with awe, not action. Before we go, we must encounter God’s holiness, confront our sinfulness, and receive His cleansing grace. When Isaiah experienced God’s presence, he didn’t bring a resume—he brought surrender. And that was enough. If you’ve ever felt unworthy, uncertain, or unprepared, this message will remind you: God qualifies those He calls. All He asks for is a willing heart. Discussion Questions: 1. What is one thing that God highlighted to you from the message? | 2. How can you apply this message specifically to your personal life? 3. Pray for each other. Pray that the Holy Spirit would take this message from a concept and information and turn it into life transformation.

In this week’s message, Pastor Chad explores one of the most subtle yet powerful temptations Jesus faced—the temptation to prove Himself and gain influence through shortcuts rather than surrender. This message isn’t just about resisting temptation—it’s about releasing the pressure to perform, post, or prove and anchoring ourselves in the identity God has already spoken over us. Through Matthew 4, we see that Jesus didn’t resist as God flexing divine muscle — He resisted as a Spirit-empowered human, showing us the path to victory through the Word, the Spirit, and full surrender.
