That's where WBC interim junior middleweight champ Sebastian "the Towering Infern"o Fundora scored a 12 round decision win over veteran Carlos Ocampo to keep his trajectory on a possible world title shot heading up. Dan gives his Insight on what he saw from Fundora and also, has comments on whether veteran referee Jack Reiss was maybe too big of a factor towards the end of this fight or not?
And the co-feature bout of the evening it was Carlos Adames of the Dominican Republic scoring a surprisingly quick and easy third round technical knockout of Veteran Juan Montiel. Adames jumped all over Montiel trapping him in a corner and causing the referee to jump between them after he landed several big right hands and left hooks. What's next for Adames possibly in the middleweight division? Dan has some thoughts
Then, it's conversation time with the former iIBF super middleweight champion Caleb "Sweet Hands" Plant. Plant gets set to fight Anthony "Dog" Dirrell later this weekend on the undercard of the Deontay Wilder Robert Helenius pay-per-view at the Blackley Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dan and Caleb go over his layoff since the Alvarez loss, the birth of his new baby, the changing of his trainer and more. The veteran Dirrell will be a formidable challenge, although he is "long in the tooth" he has plenty of experience and could give Plant some problems coming up.
