Sincere & Honest

Had a great conversation with Jon and Kyle about what to do with rental property and LLC. Asked a lot of good questions to help me think through pros and cons of process.

Thank you!

Inspiring

These invested teachers have inspired this retiring teacher to diversify my portfolio to include rental properties. They give very practical advice to us common folk on how to build wealth safely and steadily. I can't wait to listen to more episodes.

I finally understand personal finance

Love the thought behind the pod! The early episodes inspired me to really dig further in to personal finance and I’ve made huge changes in my savings habits since then (pay yourself first!).
That said, I know real estate is y’all’s wheelhouse, but maybe bring on some experts who can talk retirement accounts and diversifying investments? Not everyone is willing to take on the risk and labor necessary for real estate investment.
