Not just for car salesmen

I’m not in the car business but I enjoy hearing the ins and outs of the industry and find it can provide great conversation fodder. I often find myself repeating something I’ve learned here. Just about everyone has a car, so at some point there is relevant info for almost anyone, as well as psychology and just good business skills.
