Corinne is back as our first ever repeat guest on the podcast!  She schools me on the ins and outs of our menstrual cycle. And I am embarrassed to admit there were things I learned today that I had never heard of before. Like did you know there are 4 phases of menstruation??? These phases are like the seasons and have a HUGE effect on all of our systems. Corinne lets us know how to understand these phases and help identify when things have gone awry.

Corinne is a former High School teacher turned Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Podcaster & Speaker who empowers women to address the root cause of their symptoms, honor their cyclical nature & heal naturally to find inner peace and overall well being. Corinne teaches women how they can have more energy, better moods, a pain free regular period, boosted fertility, thrive with PCOS & overall improve their quality of life by aligning to their cycle. Corinne’s passion for wellness came out of her own health struggles of an irregular/non existent period, migraines, body rashes, facial hair growth & IBS all which stemmed from undiagnosed PCOS. It’s now her mission to help as many women as possible feel their absolute best with proven strategies so they can fully show up to their life.
