I’m “Grandma Joelee”, and I tell Bible stories for kids and apologetics for kids, each connected to the Gospel for kids in a way they can understand. Parents have told me their children enjoy them, and they use them in the car, when the children go to bed, and sometimes even as part of their homeschooling. Originally made for my small grandson, but now listened to by kids in all 50 states and downloaded in over 150 countries around the world.
#B09 - Jerusalem, the Beloved City (pre-millennial)
This tells the interesting story of a city, Jerusalem, the city where the Lord says He put His name. -It tells the story of Jerusalem from Genesis to Revelation. -Aimed at children about 6-12, but adults may well enjoy it as well. Of course, the Gospel is included. --This is one of only two of my audios that are pre-millennial. I've carefully labeled these. Otherwise I've tried to avoid any controversial topics, such as end-times, modes of baptism, spiritual gifts, etc. I leave that up to the parents, as I want to get the Bible stories and the Gospel to as many children as possible.
#A14 - How Can I Be Saved? (the Gospel)
It may be hard for some children to understand what it means to be saved and how we can be saved. This Gospel audio answers questions that children may have about salvation. What does it mean- What is sin- Why do we sin- How do we have our sins forgiven- What then- It's addressed to children 4 to 10 years of age, but others may benefit from it.
#A13 - God Is Love - the Trinity! Solving a Bible Puzzle
-God is Love - the Trinity-- tells about the Trinity to explain it in terms a young child could understand. Tells how the Trinity explains that God is love, gives metaphors to help in understanding, and talks about different Bible passages that have the Trinity. Connects to the Gospel. For young children, though adults have also enjoyed and learned from my audios. This is part of my apologetic audios for children and part of the little series -Solving Bible Puzzles-.
#60 - A Very Quick Review of the Bible
This is a very short, book by book review of the Bible. Just brief descriptions are given so as to show the continuity of the Bible. This is aimed a young children, but adults will also find it helpful. Of course, the Gospel is also tied in.
#24 - Aaron, the Earthly High Priest of the Lord
This tells of the life of Aaron using only details that are given in the Bible. Includes his family background from the time when he was 3 years old his brother Moses was born up through his part in the Exodus and the time in the Wilderness -- including the golden calf incident. Aimed at children 4-10 years old, though adults may also enjoy it. Of course, the Gospel is included.
#A11 - David's Son & Lord - Solving a Bible Puzzle
This audio solves what I call a Bible puzzle. It tells the story of when the Pharisees were trying to trick Jesus, Jesus asked them, -Who is the Christ-- When they answered, -The Son of David,- Jesus then asked them -How is it then, that King David in one of his Psalms when speaking by the Holy Spirit calls the Christ -Lord'-- The Pharisees didn't give an answer. This audio gives this background, and then the children and I solve the puzzle. It teaches the children to think about the Bible and shows that Jesus is both fully God and fully man. This is the first of several Bible puzzles and is part of my children's Apologetic series. Of course, the Gospel is given. It's for children 7 to 12, though adults may well enjoy it, also.
