Chris Ann Cravens is a holistic health expert, Certified BodyTalk™ Practitioner, public speaker, and professional life coach.
As a former deep tissue therapist and wellness center owner, her expertise covers many facets of emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
As a child, Chris Ann suffered poor health. A tragic loss in young adulthood led her on a holistic journey that turned her health around.
She left a corporate career to pursue a path in the performing arts by studying theatre arts. She then shifted from the performing arts into the healing arts. Her BodyTalk studies include Epigenetics, BodyEcology, Eastern Medicine, Energetics, Principles of Consciousness, Bio-Dynamics, Lymphatic Drainage, Macrocosmic BodyMind, and more.
Chris Ann lives nestled in nature with her husband and dogs in the Manzanita Mountains of central New Mexico, near Albuquerque.
