Love God, Love People, Preach the Truth: That simple slogan is our passion and focus as we seek to fulfill our Lord's Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and His Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40). Those passages form the biblical foundation of our purpose statement: "Trusting God, we will love people by modeling His love, ministering His love and multiplying His love in reproducing Christ-like disciples!"
Our Senior Pastor is Rod Akins has been with Church of the Woods since 1995 and came from full time ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU)
