Street Opinions - Melbourne Black Lives Matter Protest - 6.6.20
On June 6, 2020, approximately ninety thousand people gathered in the streets of Melbourne to demand justice for all Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander deaths in police custody, and to show their sympathy with the Black Lives Matter movement. Minutes before the official start of the rally, organized by the community organization Warriors of the Aboriginal Resistance - WAR these were the sounds outside the Victorian parliament, including voices of individuals who volunteered to share their opinions.
"We're tired, that's why we're here. We're tired of the police killing us. We're tired of the same people killing our children", words by Cooper, who attended the protest in Melbourne despite the public recommendations not to by the Victorian Premiere and the Australian Prime Minister.

Māori producer/singer songwriter Mihirangi shares about her role promoting the rights of Mother Earth as well as the start of her solo music project.
