"Can Women Be in Church Leadership?" Contemporary Worship Sermon

"Can Women Be in Church Leadership?" Contemporary Worship Sermon

    October 27, 2019

Join us for our 9:30 AM contemporary service as Rev. Preston Morgan continues the "Reading Between the Lines" sermon series. The scripture for this Sunday comes from 1 Timothy 2:12-15.

Reading Between the Lines: This series is a deeper dive into the scripture verses that illuminate the divides between Christians. Why are their fault lines between Christian churches when we all claim the same scriptures and the same Savior? Why does our reading of scripture seem to place us in different camps of theology? How can we overcome these differences and dialogue with Christians with whom we disagree?

Come see us on Sunday mornings!

    Traditional: 8:15 AM & 11:00 AM

    Contemporary: 9:30 AM & 11:00 AM

Celebracion: 1:45 PM en Español, 5:00 PM in English

    "Anchoring a Heart" Contemporary Sermon

Pastor Alberto Williams shares "Anchoring a Heart" in the Language of the Heart: Faith Sharing New Testement series.

It is the responsibility of a Christian who is sharing their faith to pray for the decision maker both while they are making the decision (perhaps even as they make it) and following the decision.  The job of sharing your faith does not end at the point of decision.  You can’t speak effectively about God if you don’t first speak intimately to God.
