"I used to bash myself all the time for not being good at dieting" 
Kim Remmert thought that going plant-based would solve all of her problems.  Unfortunately, like so many of us, growing up surrounded by diet culture had destroyed her relationship with food.  Luckily, in 2020 she reached out to me and together, Kim has adopted an intuitive eating lifestyle that has completely changed how she feels about food and about herself.
