Merry (almost) Christmas! This week, we're coming at you with our 2020 Christmas wishlists. We know that Christmas isn't all about the presents but we also won't pretend that we're not looking forward to what's under the tree on the 25th. We're back! After a wildly busy few months we're finally sitting down to catch you up on what's been happening. Lydia talks about her experience with Covid-19 and Ashley discusses how she's been handling the pressure of the last few weeks of her life. As usual, we get honest about it all. We're excited to be back with some fun, new content over the next few weeks!

This week we welcome our first guest, Isabella Tronolone, who is here to talk about the nonprofit One Million Monarchs which focuses on supporting high school students who have lost a loved one.  In addition to learning more about the organization, we have an open and honest conversation about grief and finish off with some of our favorite forms of self care.

We both discuss our past struggles with loving our bodies and share the ways we've gone about overcoming those thoughts. Plus, we touch on why the term "body positivity" might not be as universal of a term as we once thought.
