    Azizah & Sipho: I & the I

This week's episode is an important one for me. In telling Caribbean love stories, I wanted to include a Rastafarian couple. The Rastafarian community is often seen as full of the outliers, the unconventional ones who live on the fringes of society with an "alternate" way of viewing the world grounded in nature with a strong sense of their African identity. This episode is more of a reasoning on relationships and knowing one’s self. In the end, you’ll realise they are just like any ...

Jasmine Evelyn & Shane Austin: Mindful Self-Care & Partnership

In this episode, we revisit Season 1. This episode would have originally been recorded via Instagram LIVE. Cherie Jones: Living in Paradise

So great to hear Caribbean voices

I love that this podcast has given voice to beautiful stories from the Caribbean. Being from Barbados I know that Caribbean stories are often over looked and I am thankful that this space exists. Love it.
