In Part 2 of our conversation with Andrea Parker and Mel Mills, Kim gets to ask more questions about their relationships and business.
Andrea and Mel talk about their business, FunXperience, which is helping visionary leaders as they go through their evolution. They want to create a safe space for established business owners who want to step into the next level of their leadership. These two are conscious about making a space where leaders can feel safe, understood, and free to show up and have fun. They’ve developed a four-month container with in-person events, immersions, activities, and they are currently running their beta group!

How owning a business together has changed their relationship
How they prioritized their relationship through all the highs and lows of life
After 15 years together, they admit that they don’t have everything figured out about their relationship. They still have arguments about the dishwasher (which led to Kim sharing her ongoing Dish War with Darren), but what has helped them is prioritizing each other and working towards their goals together.
