Leighton Wood is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas and a founding father of the Xi Chapter of BYX. He is a father of 3 and owner of All Good Restoration in Fort Collins, Colorado. He currently serves as the Director of Operations for the 501 Exchange, a worship and formation ministry dedicated to helping people live in the fullness of their God-given freedom in Jesus. There are a million leadership podcasts out there, but this one shines in it’s specific direction and accessibility to young men in college. My experience as a BYX man changed my life, and it is exciting and refreshing to hear the national staff carry on the vision of BYX while sharing such great wisdom with the world!
