We are to make a journey...
The teaching of the Cornerstone Christian Fellowship body has brought me to a mature knowledge of my purpose as a Christian. Believing in Christ’s finished work upon the cross was on the first step in my spiritual journey. I’m to make a journey as Israel did being delivered from the bondage of Egypt (the world) and separating myself completely from the flesh/world (as seen in the Red Sea/baptism) moving forward to a promised land (the Millennial Kingdom) while acting in obedience to the scriptures to work out my soul’s genuineness through testing. As I move faith to faith, God provides everything I need to complete my journey. He provides everything I need in the spiritual journey and warfare against the current ruler of this world, Satan. The teaching by John Herbert and the CCF body is not like anything else you’ll see in the lukewarm church, this body of believers is focused on God’s scriptures and the obedience to those scriptures, not man’s interpretation or how it applies to the modern world. In this ever changing world, CCF a has taught me that God is unchanging and His Word and central focus of His Word will also never change. The weekly Go To Meeting Bible Studies supplement the week’s message and supplement my spiritual man infinitely! I would highly recommend listening to a Giants and Grasshopper series but also any other series on their website!!!
